  • Technically, there is no deadline for booking events but we typically book about 1-4 months in advance depending on the type of event. Last minute bookings are occasionally available. Our goal is to put on a memorable event within your established budget.

  • Absolutely! We have put together starting packages to give you a place to begin and to help you establish your budget. We customize packages for each event based on individual’s needs.  We are flexible.

  • The Warren House is a historic home that can accommodate up to 70 guests for an inside reception. We have a large outdoor deck and patio that can accommodate up to 120 guests. (Weather permitting). The style of your reception, whether that is buffet style, formal- seated, or cocktail style, will determine an appropriate guest count maximum for your event.

  • The Warren House is completely customizable based upon your needs and the type of your event. All furniture can be moved around to create the set up you desire. Please visit our website for floor plan, deck and patio designs.

  • A Facilities Manager and one event assistant will be on site during your event to assist with your needs. If you would like event staffing (servers, assistants, event planners), that can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

  • The Warren House is not a catering company, however, we have a list of preferred catering companies that are familiar with our setup and provide excellent food service for your guests.

    You are not required to use a caterer, however, if you bring in your own food and drinks you will need to provide plates, flatware etc. or rent it from us. Vendors are required to clean up and remove your items at the end of your event.

  • Yes. Certain type of events will require you to purchase special event insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen damages to the venue and workers comp insurance.

  • On occasion, weather does not cooperate with our event schedule. We ask that you make a decision concerning the location of your ceremony and/or reception 48 hours prior to your event based on the weather forecast at that time.

  • Included in your package are white or ivory linens. Other linen selections are available thru partner rental companies for an additional fee.

  • Wi-Fi is provided at no extra charge. Speed of connection, however, is not guaranteed.

  • A deposit of $150 is required to book the venue. Your balance, including any additional rentals and services is due prior to your event date.

  • The bottom floor, deck, and patio are wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes. Caterers typically prepare food in their own kitchen and transport it to the venue to be served. For your convenience a kitchenette is available with a refrigerators, small counter space, microwave, and sink. Please be aware that no oven is available. Caterers will need to bring in their own warming ovens.

  • The Warren House has a private lot alongside and in the back of house that can accommodate up to 60 cars. Additional parking is available on the street.

  • DJs are allowed, however, due to the mixed-use nature of the neighborhood, we request that loud music cease by 10:00PM. The Warren House is in a residential neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors requires the noise level to remain at an appropriate level. The Warren House staff reserves the right to adjust music and noise levels.
